Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule.
• If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This must be paid before booking your next session.

No-Shows

Anyone who forgets or chooses to miss their appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for the missed session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Depending on how late you are, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to begin treatment.

You will still be charged for the full session regardless of the treatment length provided.

Please plan accordingly and arrive on time out of respect for your therapist and other clients.
